Squishy Smash is a single-player, offline-first iOS game. We are committed to keeping the player's experience private by design. This policy describes what data the app does — and does not — handle.
Your gameplay progress — coins, unlocked cards, achievement claims,
settings, and similar state — is saved locally on the device using
Apple's secure on-device storage (SharedPreferences /
NSUserDefaults). This information stays on your device
and is never transmitted to us or any third party. Deleting the
app removes it permanently.
To help us identify and fix bugs in production builds, the app may send anonymous crash and error reports through Sentry. When enabled, these reports include:
Crash reports do not include any personal identifiers, account information, location data, or contents of the game state. Performance tracing and session replay features are not enabled. Sentry's own privacy and data- retention practices are documented at sentry.io/privacy.
Squishy Smash respects Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. The app does not perform any cross-app tracking, so the iOS tracking-permission prompt does not appear.
The current release scaffolds Apple's StoreKit framework but does not enable any purchases for end users. If purchases are activated in a future release, all transactions will be processed by Apple; we will not receive your payment details (Apple shares only an anonymous transaction receipt and product identifier).
Squishy Smash is rated 4+ and is intended to be enjoyed by audiences of all ages, including children. The app does not collect personal information from any user, including children. There is no chat, no user-generated content, no friend system, and no external links from within the gameplay.
If we change this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes (for example, if we ever begin collecting any personal data) will be announced in the app's release notes on the App Store.
